How to see items from database

We can easily find out items are available in another database or not. As we know sitecore uses different-different database for specific reason. If you  want to find out item is available in another database or not.
To  deal with this situation we have option to see this item available in another database or not.

[Address of your sitecore host]/sitecore/shell/default.aspx?sc_lang=en&sc_content=[DBName]

DBName: master,pub,web

After that you can go to content editor and check there your item is available or not.
I think this is very easy step to see your items in database.
