There are lot of hidden features available in sitecore. One of my favourite is to get all locked items from sitecore. To get this it is very easy task in sitecore.
Go to sitecore content editor section. Click on “My Items” ribbon in “Review”(Screen 1). It will show you “Screen 2” popup.
As you can see there is some list here those are locked by logged user.
You can unlock any item from here.
