Disable AntiForgeryEnabled option to run Commerce API Calls

To execute Commerce API through  Postman, we need to disable "AntiForgeryEnabled" in Config.json.

You can get this file on path CommerceAuthoring_InstanceName > wwwroot.

This option should always be enabled in the Production environment.
